Former Liverpool scout Alex Miller has opened up about players who the Reds could have signed over the years and among them are three Champions League winners.
Though it is well-known that Liverpool failed to agree on a deal for a young Cristiano Ronaldo whilst Gerard Houlier was the clubs manager, there are also other match-winners who could have ended up at the Kop.
